Sobha Community Retail Centre is a proposed real estate development located within the Sobha Hartland masterplan in Al Merkadh district of Dubai. The project is situated on a 14,954m² plot of land in the western area of the district. The proposed retail offering includes around 114,000sqft of Gross Leasable Area spread across 48 units over three levels. The centre is to be anchored by a quality supermarket and will include a wide variety of everyday essentials goods and services providers. The centre will also feature a modern food-hall with a variety of sophisticated quick-service restaurants. Parking is to be available in the basement as well as limited bays on grade. The project is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2026.
