About This Store
Shakespeare and Co. was a beloved café-restaurant chain in the UAE, known for its Victorian-themed interiors and diverse menu. Located in Al Falah Village Centre, Abu Dhabi, it offered a warm, nostalgic atmosphere ideal for relaxed meals and casual gatherings. The menu featured a variety of dishes, including all-day breakfasts, gourmet sandwiches, hearty mains, pastas, and decadent desserts. The patisserie counter showcased beautifully crafted cakes, tarts, and pastries, perfect for indulgent treats or special occasions. The café was a popular spot for residents and visitors alike, serving as a community hub for various occasions. However, in November 2023, Shakespeare and Co. closed all its branches across the UAE, including the one in Al Falah Village Centre, marking the end of an era for many patrons who cherished the café's unique ambiance and offerings.
